Airport Logistic Park - Best Project for Panattoni Europe!

Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial developer in Central Europe, has informed that Airport Logistic Park received the award Best Logistics Park 2012, granted in a tenant survey, during the Logistic Business Mixer held at EASTLOG, May 24th.  

"Tenant's prize - the best logistics park 2012" was officially announced at the XV. Logistics Business Mixer on the 24th of May 2012 at the 15th EASTLOG conference. The award was based on an extensive survey carried out by STEN/MARK targeting A-class industrial projects within Czech Republic.  Panattoni Europe is the asset manager of over 56,000 sqm at Airport Logistic Park near Prague International Airport. Panattoni is also responsible for the commercialization of the logistics center and since mid 2010 has signed lease contracts for nearly 25,000 sqm.

Airport Logistic Park is located west of Prague city centre, connected to the D7 highway, close to the village of Kněževes. The Prague ring road provides a fast highway link from the airport area to logistics routes serving destinations throughout the Czech Republic and Central Europe.  The entire complex comprises 3 warehouse facilities surrounded by service road and main administrative building. Each building provides the capacity of 18,000 sq m of industrial space, which can be divided by fire walls to 4 separate warehouse units of the area 4,500 sq m. Each warehouse section has two built in storey administration units containing office premises, toilets, changing rooms/lockers and facilities for battery charging and waste disposal. The distribution center is equipped with loading ramps with gates and provides great daylight and heating standards.

About the survey  

The customer research has been organized by ATOZ Logistics Group in cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield and the independent research company, STEM/MARK. The telephone questionnaire is conducted by the independent research agency STEM/MARK. Each question focuses on a key issue related to industrial real estate based on the expertise of market specialists at Cushman & Wakefield, the professional guarantor of the project. The relevance and importance of a given question is measured according to user perception. The required fulfillment of entry conditions and the scope of questions ranging in topic from technical parameters and location to services and operational issues have been designed to extract the most objective opinions possible from the subjects interviewed.
