Panattoni is currently developing a new freight-forwarding terminal with office space in Odelzhausen, near Munich, on behalf of Noerpel. With its new site in Odelzhausen, the internationally operating transport and logistics service provider is further expanding its presence in the Munich region. The project will create around 9,800 m² of logistics space and 3,000 m² of office space on a total plot area of 44,300 m², with earthworks set to begin in February 2019. The project was completed end of 2019.
