Panattoni is developing a logistics centre for Hilite Germany GmbH with an area of around 7.500 sqm, of which 5.650 sqm is warehouse space and 1.850 sqm office space, in Marktheidenfeld, Bayern. Completion of the logistics centre is scheduled for mid 2020. Hilite Germany GmbH is an internationally operating automotive supplier and with the help of the new logistics center, the parts manufactured in the production buildings can be stored directly on the newly developed areas.
