Panattoni is developing a modern logistics property for Microvast GmbH in the popular industrial park in Ludwigsfelde. The site will become a production center for lithium-ion batteries. The project will result in approximately 15.666 sqm warehouse, aprrox. 3.352 sqm office and approx. 195 sqm mezzanine area. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2020.
