In 2017 a new logistics complex with approx. 12,000 m² warehouse area and approx. 1,500 m² office area was created on an approx. 22,000 m² plot in the intermunicipal industrial park Borghholzhausen-Versmold between Osnabrück and Bielefeld. The logistics complex is rented on a long-term basis by the company B+S GmbH which moved her headquarter from Bad Iburg to Borgholzhausen.
