Panattoni built some 7,512 m2 of hall space, as well as office and social areas, for international logistics services provider Dachser. Construction of the new property began in October 2018 at a site in Alsdorf near Aachen, not far from the existing Dachser Maas-Rhein logistics centre. Alsdorf offers good transport links to the Ruhr region and the Netherlands.
The property was successfully handed over to Dachser at the beginning of July as planned.
