Panattoni Park Essen

Panattoni is developing a Logistics Park in Essen. Around 23,134m² of logistic space, 1,215m² of office space, and 1,575m² of mezzanine areas will be built on a site of around 43,220m². The logistics center can be divided into three units, whereby the areas allow for flexible use. Each unit includes logistic, office and mezzanine space, and multiple areas can be combined within each unit.  Due to its location in the Lüscherhofstraße near the Essen harbor, the Logistics Park has an excellent transport link. Furthermore, the logistics centre is well connected to several motorways, such as the A3, A42, and A516, which are within a few short kilometres of the site. Completion is scheduled for October 2020.
