Panattoni is developing a multifunctional logistics center in Voerde. O a plot area of approx. 111.715 sqm Panattoni realizes an area of approx. 66.802 sqm. Of these, approx. 59.032 sqm of logistics-, approx.2.670 sqm of office space and approx. 5.100 sqm mezzanine area. The location stands out as an important hub for international trade in goods. It also has excellent connections to the A3. A57 and A59 motorways. In addition, it offers good connections to numerous inland ports along the Rhine. Completion is planned for the end of 2021.
