Panattoni is developing a new logistics center in the Rhine-Neckar region, in Speyer. It is estimated that there will be approx. 17.600 sqm of logsitics, approx. 880 sqm of office space and approx 1.330 sqm mezzanine area created. Due to its direct proximity to the B9 federal road and the A61 motorway, the site offers an optimal connection to the A6/A5 motorway juction. Completion is planned for the end of 2021.
