In 2016 Panattoni developed a new logistics complex for Dachser in Überherrn in Saarland. The complex was built on a site of approx. 24,000 square metres and has a usable floor area of 11,193 square metres comprising 10,5359 square metres of warehousing and 634 square metres of office space which enabled the logistics group to expand its range of services in this location to include contract logistics, the efficient co-ordination of transport, warehousing and value-added services.
