Panattoni is developing a new logistics center for the online mail order company Amazon. The modern distribution centre is being built in the Rothensee industrial area in Magdeburg. The location offers many logistics possibilities such as the excellent connection to several federal motorways such as the A2 and A14. The project development takes place with approx. 6,666 sqm of storage space and approx. 1,025 sqm of office space. Completion is planned for the third quarter of 2020.
