City Logistics Wrocław North

City Logistics Wrocław North is Panattoni’s second investment project in that formula in Lower Silesia. Panattoni’s portfolio of projects located in Wrocław features city logistics parks as well as numerous warehouse parks and BTS facilities, including, for Amazon.

City Logistics Wrocław North comprises 5 warehouse buildings totaling over 43,000 sqm. The architectural design of the park can be flexibly adapted to occupier needs, both in terms of the technical specs and the individual arrangements of manufacturing, warehousing, office and staff space. The park features spacious service yards and its office section has an appealing look thanks to modern, glazed facades. Just like other Panattoni parks, it is certified under BREEAM with a “Very Good” rating which attests to the application of a number of environmental solutions.

City Logistics Wrocław North is located in the city near the Psie Pole district, directly by national road no. 98. Public city transportation stops and a railway station are in the vicinity.
