A massive industrial and logistics complex of over 180,000 sqm. with direct access to the A4 motorway and the S8 expressway, is being constructed close to the buildings of Amazon and LG Chem Wrocław Energy. It will be the ideal location for e-commerce companies as well as firms in the electric vehicle sector.

The project comprises of five buildings intended to serve both warehousing and light industrial purposes, while around 14,000 sqm is to be office space. Just like every new development by Panattoni, the buildings are certified under BREEAM with rating of 'Very Good'. Because the centre is located so close to Amazon's warehouse as well as to the largest factory in Europe of lithium-ion vehicle batteries, operated by Korean conglomerate LG (LG Chem Wrocław Energy), Campus 39 will be ideally situated for companies operating in the e-commerce and electric vehicle sectors.

Wrocław Campus 39 is also superbly connected to the rest of Poland as well as to other European countries. The A4 motorway, which connects Berlin, Wrocław and Upper Silesia with Kraków ensures that transport to and from the park is quick with the nearest junction being just 5 minutes away. It takes just 1.5 hours to drive to Katowice and 2 hours to reach Kraków. Warsaw is only a 3-hour drive away via the S8 (Warsaw – Łódź – Wrocław – Prague) with the junction being just 7 minutes away. Moreover, the S8 also connects with the A1 and A2 motorways, which significantly improves transport from the city. The city's international airport is just 15 minutes away from the location of Panattoni’s development.
