BRINGING MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS FROM FOUR SMALLER FACILITIES INTO ONE WORLD-CLASS SITE.

A strategic global facility for advanced product development, manufacturing and customer engagement for GE’s Power Equipment, Power Components and Critical Power businesses in Europe; enabling the company to bring products to market faster than ever before. The space is used for the purpose of assembling, manufacturing, general warehousing of completed products or their parts and testing of electronic and power components.

The 45 000 sqm project is located in Bielsko-Biała in the direct vicinity of the E75 route extending south-west to Cieszyn and northward to Gdańsk.

The modern Bielsko-Biala facility includes a:

• Low- and Medium-Voltage IEC Product Certification Lab for sharing prototypes and design concepts with customers.
• Product Accelerator Lab for rapid prototyping and technology development embracing FastWorks methodologies.
• Enhanced showroom to engage customers in developing products and technology.
• Customer and Employee Training Center for continuous learning opportunities, including new product introductions and processes.
