City Logistics Katowice boasts an excellent location within the city limits, a short distance from its inner centre, with an easy access to comprehensive urban infrastructure. It is Panattoni’s first City Logistics project in this part of the country, even though the company’s Silesian portfolio includes numerous logistics parks and build-to-suit facilities for such customers as Amazon, GE and Rockwell.
City Logistics Katowice incorporates four class A buildings suitable for warehousing and light manufacturing. It is dedicated chiefly to tenants with a heavy emphasis on last mile logistics. The warehousing section of the project features modern space with ground-level access and entry docks, which can be subdivided into smaller units. Office space can also be flexibly adapted to tenant needs. Like other Panattoni facilities, the project is BREEAM-certified.
The logistics centre is situated in the north-eastern part of the city, just 4 km from its inner centre, within easy reach by municipal transport, 5 km from the A4 motorway, and 29 km from the Katowice airport. The ideal location in the heart of the Silesian Metropolis, as well as inside the city, makes for convenient connections with all the major points in the region, facilitating logistics and ensuring the accessibility of a qualified labour pool.
The park at ul. Miedziana finds itself in the northeastern part of Katowice, next to the S86 expressway, 5 km from the A4 motorway and 4 km from the inner centre of Katowice.
