Panattoni Park Tricity North is the developer’s fifth warehouse park in Tricity, and the first in the vicinity of Gdynia and the nearby port. With an eye on the businesses based in Pomerania, Panattoni Europe is presenting an offer of warehouse space tailored to the needs of the local market, particularly the maritime sector, logistics and light industry.

The distribution park comprises a single class A warehouse hall totalling close to 45,000 sqm. The park offers warehouse, production and office space for lease, tailored to the individual needs of customers from different business sectors. The park is just over 20 km from the airport, only 8 km from the Port of Gdynia and the deepwater container terminal in Gdynia. Such a location of the warehouse will facilitate efficient distribution not only on a regional scale, but also internationally, especially given that it is situated along two important pan-European transport corridors (VI – connecting Scandinavia with Southern Europe, and IA – connecting countries along the Baltic coast, such as Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia).
