A cross-dock facility has been realized by Panattoni Europe for TNT, the Netherlands-based express delivery company. The Company operates worldwide with domestic, regional and intercontinental delivery. The facility is in every detail tailored to the clients’ needs.
This is the first distribution center, with such a big number of courier docks. There are 5 “loading fingers” planned there with 116 loading and unloading gates for courier vans. Both office and warehouse space is equipped with led lighting, and fulfills requirements of BREEAM and TAPA certification. The facility encompasses 13,500 sqm of industrial space and 2,400 sqm of offices and has became a very important sorting centre in the clients distribution chain.
The facility’s excellent location in the immediate vicinity of the Puchaly junction of S8 expressway towards Wrocław, connecting the southern bypass of Warsaw S2 with national road no 7 towards Krakow, creates the optimal conditions for distribution to Central Poland and whole Europe.
