Panattoni Park Konotopa II is the developer’s second project in the proximity of Konotopa Junction, undertaken in response to a constantly growing interest in the region from logistics branch of the market.
The developer provides both build-to-suit facilities tailor made for clients such as: Raben or H&M, and also multi-let warehouses leased by global brands as: Henkel, Orange, DSV, and T-Mobile.
The logistics center comprises two warehouse buildings, with a total space of over 63,000 sqm. The park is optimally situated to the warehousing requirements of the customers from various business sectors, particularly light manufacturing. It offers warehouse space lease options to both medium-sized and large companies, and provides LED lighting, spacious maneuvering yards and parking spaces. A great part of the warehouse has already been leased to Multidecor, which designs and produces Christmas illuminations. Over 6,000 sqm will be devoted to production.
The logistics and warehouse centre Panattoni Park Konotopa II is located near Ożarów Mazowiecki in the Warsaw area. The park is optimally suited to the warehousing, as well as light manufacturing.
The direct vicinity of the Konotopa junction makes this location exceptional. It is here that the A2 motorway turns into the bypass of Warsaw – roads S8 and S2.
