Panattoni D5 Hořovice Park is a novel project prepared by Panattoni Europe in a close vicnity to D5 motorway and exit 34, enabling perfect connection to German borders as well as the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague. Perfect solution for manufacturing, warehousing and logistic operations. The site offers two buildings consisting in total of 34 733 sqm. Smaller premises, 10 260 sqm, as well as larger premises, 24 473 sqm, can be rented by a single tenant or by a number of clients, by sharing the facility and creating so called "multi-tenant premises". Buildings will be designed and constructed according to client´s specific requirements, in order to meet and adapt the available space to the highest modern standard.
