Panattoni Park Legnica is another of several investments of the company in and around the city, but the first multi-let project in the region. The developer previously delivered BTS facilities for Faurecia, Lear Corporation and also Gates. The park offers warehouse and manufacturing space suitable for companies from various business sectors. It comprises three buildings with a combined space of almost 90,000 sqm.

The blueprints of the park can be flexibly adapted to occupier needs, both in terms of the technical specs and the individual arrangement of manufacturing, warehousing, office and staff space. The park is situated as little as 95 km from the border crossing to Germany and 65 km from the Czech border. Excellent connections with Wrocław ensure easy access to a qualified labour pool, as well as the cultural and leisure activities offered by a big city.
