Panattoni Park Wrocław V is the developer’s next project near Wrocław, undertaken in response to a growing interest in the region from investors. The investment lies on the transportation route Prague-Wrocław- Warsaw, along which many renowned Polish and international businesses have based their operations. Panattoni’s current portfolio in Wrocław comprises three existing distribution complexes: Panattoni Park Wrocław I, Panattoni Park Wrocław II and Panattoni Park Wrocław III, and together with Panattoni Park Wrocław V will offer nearly 280,000 square metres of modern warehouse space.

Thanks to the proximity to the Wrocław agglomeration, especially the Wrocław Motorway Bypass, the project ensures the inflow of skilled workers, as well as convenient access to public transportation infrastructure. The project is a natural addition to our portfolio in the Wrocław area, and its north-eastern location guarantees the shortest transport routes to the main cities in central and northern Poland.

One of the key advantages of the park is its excellent positioning right next to the interchange of the national road no. 98 and the Wrocław Motorway Bypass which forms part of the S8.
