Panattoni Europe’s extensive experience in developing facilities for the FMCG sector has made it possible to create the facility for the Carrefour Group which allows for the storage of goods divided into product categories: dry (general food, non-food) and fresh (meat, dairy, fruit and vegetables) which require different temperature parameters. That is why the warehousing section has been divided into several controlled-temperature areas. Moreover, warehouse racks are suitable for high storage, as well as for storing dangerous goods (ADR).
The location will serve all stationary formats (hypermarkets, supermarkets, neighbourhood, specialty and online stores, as well as shopping centres and petrol stations) of Carrefour Poland in the north and west of the country – including Szczecin, Gdańsk, Poznań, Zielona Góra and Wrocław.
Panattoni Europe’s investment for Carrefour will be developed in the eastern part of Bydgoszcz, in the area of ul. Chemiczna.
