Panattoni has completed the investment of a logistics center for DSV Solutions with an area of ​​8,260 sq m. in Skarbimierz.

The warehouse section (7,500 sq m) has been divided into 3 segments - in the ambient zone, packaging and production-related materials are stored, and in the other two there are warehouses for chocolate, gum and candy - these products are supplied from the nearby Mondelēz International factories. The investment meets the requirements of HACCP, i.e. the Hazard Analysis System of Critical Control Points. Additionally, it is equipped with modern temperature control technology. Thanks to this, it is possible to remotely control parameters, as well as maintain the temperature at a constant level, between 10 and 20 degrees and 65%. air humidity. In addition, for the purposes of the ongoing operations, the hall was raised to 12 meters, and the floor load capacity is 8 tons per square meter. The tenant will also use 11 docks. In addition to the warehouse part, DSV Solutions received access to 225 sq m. offices.
