Panattoni Park Grodzisk III is the developer’s third logistics park project in the Grodzisk Mazowiecki area. The park is situated in the vicinity of the “Grodzisk Mazowiecki” junction on the A2 motorway and near the planned bypass.

Together with Panattoni Park Grodzisk I and II, it makes up a portfolio featuring in excess of 150,000 sqm of modern class A warehouse space in this region. Panattoni’s third park in Grodzisk offers almost 70,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space across a total of 4 halls, including a building with cross-docking capability. Like other Panattoni facilities in the Warsaw area, the park is tailored to the needs of various tenants, meeting a range of specific technical requirements.

Raben Logistics Polska company decided to take out a lease on three warehouse buildings totalling 42,526 sqm. Two neighbouring facilities, which will serve as warehouse space, will take up respectively: 20,800 sqm of which offices will be located on 900 sqm and 12,019 sqm with 300 sqm of warehouse space.
