Panattoni Park Szczecin I

Panattoni Park Szczecin I is the developer’s first project in the Szczecin area, undertaken in response to a growing interest in the region from investors. The investment is located on a transport route providing convenient access to the German border and to Berlin. Another advantage of the park is its location in the vicinity of the city center.

The logistics center in Szczecin comprises  eight A-class warehouse buildings totaling 226,545 sqm with possible further extension and caters to customers representing various industries. It features unloading docks, ground-level access entrance gates, spacious service yards and additional parking spaces.

Thanks to the proximity of the Szczecin city center, and especially the A6 motorway, the project ensures the inflow of skilled workers, as well as convenient access to public transportation infrastructure.

The project is a natural addition to our portfolio to include West Pomerania and guarantees the shortest transport routes to the main cities in Germany and northern Poland. The city of Szczecin also boasts direct rail connections with the largest European cities, as well as a seaport Szczecin-Świnoujście, which together with Świnoujście makes up one of the region’s largest comprehensive port complexes.
