Panattoni Park Pabianice is a complex of three buildings with a total area of about 133,000 sqm. The first building was completed in July 2022 and its tenant is one of Poland's largest chains of electronic stores. For the purpose of this investment, Panattoni built about a kilometer of road in Pabianice, which is a connector between Batalionów Chłopskich and Lutomierska streets.
The project is the second stage of the investment at Sportowa Street. The park is located next to the A4 motorway and 1 km from the Airport in Balice. Balice II junction is located only 1.5 km from the park.
Construction is underway on a new logistics and warehouse centre in Ruda Śląska, comprising two buildings with a total area of 67,000 sq m. - 44,500 sq m and 22,500 sq m. The first building within the complex will be completed in Q1 2024.
The park is located on Sienna Street, right next to the intersection of the A1, A4 highways and national road number 44, the so-called "Gliwice-So¶nica" interchange.
Panattoni Park Szczecin IV is a modern warehouse with an area of approximately 40,000 sqm. It is located near the entrance to the S3 expressway. The border with Germany is approximately 30 km from the investment.
Panattoni Park Gorzow II is being built about 8 km from the city center, not far from the S3 road running along the western border, connecting Legnica with Szczecin.
