Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, chosen by LPP SA – owner of brands including: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. The company has leased 16,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Gdańsk III, which will be dedicated to e-commerce. The complex is currently under development, and the tenant will be moving in already in Q3 2018.

Panattoni Europe, ein führender Projektentwickler von Industrie- und Logistikimmobilien, konnte im März 2018 die letzte Logistikfläche im Düsseldorf Hafen an einen Nutzer übergeben. Das Start-up-Unternehmen Flaschenpost GmbH, Münster, mietete als Getränkelieferant insgesamt rund 10.000 qm Lagerfläche, 600 qm Mezzanine- und 600 qm Bürofläche an. Der Neubau, der im DGNB-Goldstandard errichtet wurde, war die letzte noch verfügbare Halle im von Panattoni erbauten Park im Düsseldorfer Hafen.

Panattoni Europe chosen as Industrial Developer of the Year out of 12 companies! The jury of this year’s edition of the prestigious CEE Quality Awards (CEEQA) 2018 decided to award the company its sixth Industrial Developer of the Year title.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate, will develop its third manufacturing facility for IDEAL AUTOMOTIVE. This time, the factory will be built in Świdnica, at the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone Invest-Park, and will take up approx. 27,400 sqm. Construction works will commence as early as this April, and are scheduled for completion in Q4 of this year. The lease was mediated by the advisory firm Colliers International.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, will build the main warehouse for Leroy Merlin in Central Poland, Łódź voivodeship. The facility will exceed 123,600 sqm at ground level, which makes it a record-breaking project in the Polish warehouse market. Construction works are scheduled to begin already in Q2 of this year, and are expected to end in Q4 2019. The facility will undergo the BREEAM environmental certification process aiming for a Good rating.
