Die Noerpel-Gruppe realisiert zusammen mit dem Logistikimmobilien-Entwickler Panattoni ein neues Logistikzentrum im niedersächsischen Elsdorf. Den Grundstein für die 43.000 Quadratmeter große Immobilie legen heute Stefan Noerpel-Schneider (Noerpel-Gruppe) und Fred-Markus Bohne (Panattoni Europe). Bis November entsteht im LogIn-Park Elsdorf, direkt an der A1 zwischen Hamburg und Bremen, der größte Einzelstandort des Logistikunternehmens Noerpel.

Panattoni Europe, industrial space market leader, symbolically commenced the construction of a large-scale logistics centre for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego. The BTS (built-to-suit) facility with 79,000 sqm and its own railway siding will be delivered in Łódź. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on 30 May, and construction works are scheduled for completion in spring 2018.

Panattoni Europe, industrial space market leader, is building a production facility for Reuss Seifert, German-based supplier of components for the construction industry. The facility featuring in excess of 30,000 sqm is going up in Nowa Sól, at the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone. The contract was mediated by the international advisory firm CBRE.

Panattoni Europe, industrial space market leader, has signed a lease with Dekofilm Polska – a manufacturer of heat-shrinkable and stretch films for food packaging. The transaction is for 7,350 sqm (6,800 sqm of manufacturing and warehouse space and 550 sqm of office space) at the developer’s new project – Panattoni Park Radzymin. Panattoni Europe announces the sale of Panattoni Park Warszawa–Konotopa, located in the Warsaw region. The multi-tenant logistics centre comprises two buildings totalling close to 50,000 sqm and is fully leased. After the sales transaction is completed, Panattoni Europe will retain responsibility for managing the Park.
