The Dutch warehousing and logistics market is undergoing one of its busiest ever periods, as The Netherlands cements itself as Europe's leading warehousing and logistics hub.

European industrial real estate leader Panattoni has started its latest development in Lower Silesia. Work has begun on the construction of Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate, which will eventually have an area of around 47,000 sqm. The project is less than 10 km from Wrocław Airport and just over 10 km from the Wrocław Motorway Bypass. The park’s first tenant will be Schumacher Packaging – a producer of cardboard packaging (including corrugated), which in September is to occupy 5,670 sqm.

Leading European industrial developer Panattoni can now announce the largest lease in the CEP (courier, express and parcel) sector. The developer is to provide InPost with warehouses in eight locations with a total area of 75,500 sqm. The centres are to be built this year.

A multimodal complex near Brno Airport welcomes another tenant. The 38,000 m2 building is now occupied by Marmon Foodservice Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of refrigeration equipment for gastronomy with a 70-year tradition. Marmon moves its production from Germany and due to Brexit from Great Britain as well to a strategically located and excellently technologically equipped park and joins love brands such as Coca Cola, Zásilkovna, Sinclair, and Okay. The new premises were built by the developer Panattoni.

The industrial zone developer Panattoni has attracted one of the biggest retail players to the new Panattoni Park Hradec Králové South. The planned modern green building with an area of 25,000 sq m will house a logistics centre to supply goods to the Pardubice Region and the Hradec Králové Region, offering up to 130 new jobs.

European industrial real estate leader Panattoni has developed another green project for DB Schenker. In Świdnik at the beginning of this year, a cross-docking terminal of around 5,165 sqm was constructed and has now successfully completed its BREEAM certification with a rating of ‘Very Good’.
