Warsaw – Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, reinforces its activities serving the e-commerce sector. The company welcomes Mathieu Giguere who – as Director for Key Accounts & New Business Development – will be responsible for acquiring new business and markets in light of the dynamic growth in online trade.

Institutions in Poznań, Białystok and Szczecin were chosen in consultation with the Ministry of Health. Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has bought 14,8- hectares of land in Central Poland to build Panattoni Park Stryków IV. The project, which will feature 74,000 sqm at full build-out, will be developed at the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways. Construction kick-off is planned for Q3 2020.

The high-tech facility will be handed over to the tenant in the coming June.
