Panattoni Europe baut seine Brownfield-Investitionen aus. Der Entwickler hat für seine europäischen Strukturen die neue Position Environmental Director Europe mit dem Schwerpunkt Umweltstudien ins Leben gerufen. Die Position wird von Piotr Kociołek besetzt. Er ist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in Bezug auf die Altlastensanierung ehemaliger Industrieflächen.

Panattoni Europe, industrial space leader, announced that another stage of development has been completed at the manufacturing hall for Bombardier Transportation. The developer has delivered the welding shop to the investor and is now working on the paint shop. The Wrocław investment is implemented in the build-to-own (BTO) formula – where the client orders a facility that it will subsequently own – and totals approx. 19,400 sqm. Panattoni Europe anticipates to complete its works by July 2016.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial space, is stepping up its involvement in brownfield investments. The developer has created within its European structures a new position to focus on environmental studies – that of Environmental Director Europe, taken up by Piotr Kociołek. He will be responsible for implementing the developer’s strategy on the remediation of contaminated land previously used for industrial purposes.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial property market, has signed on new tenants and is expanding Panattoni Park Lublin by an additional 19,660 sqm. New clients include Inter Cars, Eurocash Serwis, Cega, Rohlig Suus Logistics and Nałęczowska Spółka Handlowa. In this way, the developer confirms Lublin’s growing position on the map of industrial facilities in Poland.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial property market, announces the development of Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz, a 26,000-square-metre manufacturing and warehousing project. The park’s tenants are: OPONEO.PL, which has leased 12,000 sqm in a deal brokered by the advisory agency JLL, and ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, which will take up approx. 3,000 sqm.

Die Bauarbeiten für das neue Logistikzentrum für den Online-Fachhändler Bergfreunde gehen zügig voran. Vier Monate nach Baubeginn, feierte Panattoni Europe heute gemeinsam mit Bergfreunde, dem Bauunternehmen Goldbeck und dem Oberbürgermeister der Stadt Rottenburg, Stephan Neher, das Richtfest der neuen Anlage. Im Gewerbegebiet Ergenzingen bei Rottenburg realisiert der Entwickler von Logistikimmobilien auf einer Grundstücksfläche von rund 24.000 Quadratmetern einen 13.000 Quadratmeter großen Logistikkomplex, der sich auf 10.200 Quadratmeter Lager-, 1.500 Quadratmeter Büro- und 1.000 Quadratmeter Mezzanineflächen verteilt.
