Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is developing a manufacturing facility for Johnson Electric ─ a global leader in motion products and control systems. The 9,600 sqm investment is under development in Będzin and the company will be able to launch production there as early as the coming September. The contract was brokered by the international advisory firm Colliers International.

Panattoni Europe begang gestern feierlich die Grundsteinlegung für die neue Logistikanlage der Internationalen Spedition F.W. Neukirch. In Oyten bei Bremen realisiert der Entwickler und Investor von Logistikimmobilien eine Anlage mit rund 21.000 Quadratmetern Logistikfläche und 500 Quadratmetern Bürofläche. Die Erdbauarbeiten wurden zum Jahreswechsel aufgenommen, die Fertigstellung ist für den Sommer dieses Jahres geplant. Vermittelt wurde das Geschäft durch Jones Lang LaSalle.

They are: Svendsen Sport - a supplier of fishing tackle, which will take up close to 8,300 sqm, and a food distributor - Marol, which has leased approx. 3,300 sqm.
