AEW selects Panattoni Europe

Pan-European property investment manager AEW Europe has selected, Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial real estate market, as its leasing representative for its Good Point Puławska logistics park near Warsaw.

Good Point Puławska is a modern logistics centre with a single building with office and warehouse space, adapted to high-bay warehousing - with clear height of 10 m and floor load-bearing capacity of 5t/sqm. The centre lies on national road No. 79 in Łubna and offers flexible lease terms, tailored to tenants' individual needs.
