Panattoni has been contracted to develop a complex logistics project for SCHMALZ + SCHÖN Logistics GmbH in Waiblingen near Stuttgart in 2017. With the extensive refurbishment of the existing two-storey building and construction of two additional new halls Panattoni Europe created approx. 25,475 square metres of space for the logistics group. The existing building remained in use during the refurbishment and
building phase. The project was completed in October 2017.
