The logistics space in Durmersheim has a total areas of 21.000 m² and is located south of Karlsruhe. The site is near the newly built B36 and is only a few minutes travel time from the highways A8 and A5. The Deutsche Homöopathie Union, a subsidiary of Dr. Willmar Schwabe group, leased a total of around 19.500 m² and moved into their space in June 2019. In September 2019 the second tenant, the Seifert Logistics group, moved into their space with a total of 10.000 m².
