Panattoni Europe is building a multifunctional and flexibly usable production and logistics facility on the former production site of Reckitt-Benckiser in Ladenburg. Three halls with 20,000 m², 23,000 m² and 8,000 m² of storage and production area as well as 2,500 m² office, social and mezzanine area will be constructed on the 120,000 m² big area in Dr. Albert-Reimann-Straße in the industrial area Altwasser next to the Neckar canal. The project is already rented by Neska and the completion is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2021.
