Panattoni presents this 16,411 square metre build-to-suit warehouse/logistics facility.
The project was leased for 15 years to Lakner Spedition und Logistik GmbH, a contract logistics provider based in Schwäbisch Gmünd. Operating successfully for over 80 years, Lakner provides warehousing and logistics services to Schleich GmbH, an international toy manufacturer with corporate headquarters in Schwäbisch Gmünd.
All Panattoni Europe projects including BTS buildings are international A class properties built to the highest technical standards, including:
• Functional clear height within the warehouse (+12 metres)
• Conventional column spacing
• Minimum floor load capacity of 5Tn/m²
• Fully sprinklered facility
The project is located in Schwäbisch Gmünd, approximately 40 kilometres east of Stuttgart and connected to Stuttgart by the B29 motorway.
The project is located in the Gügling Business and Industrial Park, one of the largest developed commercial and industrial sites in East Württemburg. Over 60 companies with more than 3,000 employees operate in the park today. Easily reached by the main transportation artery of the Rems Valley, the B29 motorway, the park has all the usual amenities required by business park and logistics users.
