The dedicated project for Uponor is delivered on a 5.55 ha greenfield plot, consisting of 15,512 sqm of warehouse space and 1,234 sqm of office and mezzanine space. The site is located in Hassfurt, Germany next to Uponor's existing facilities and headquarters, in vicinity of the motorway A70 in northern Bavaria. There is the possibility of up to 5,000 sqm of future warehouse expansion. The investment volume is around eleven million euros.
With over 60 years of experience in the development and production of plastic pipes, components and systems for residential and commercial building markets, Uponor managed to become a leader in providing technologically advanced plumbing and indoor climate systems.
