The project is located in Lorsch, south of Frankfurt and in a prime logistics area of the Rhein-Main region. The Lorsch logistics park is immediately adjacent to the A67 motorway and the A5 motorway can be reached within 4 kilometers, providing users within the park convenient access to the region's two primary transportation arteries. The Frankfurt airport, Mannheim intermodal facility and inland port of Gernsheim are all within a short distance of the park. The project consists of a 12.500 sqm conventional , Class-A warehouse facility with two office units. Panattoni and Rudolph Logistik Gruppe agreed for the lease of 100% of the building in 2011. The construction of the project began later in the same year and is now completed.
