Panattoni has been developing a new Logistics Park with 22,453 m² of logistics space and approx. 2,802 m² of office and social space in Schwanewede since the first quarter of 2020. With a distance of 14 km to the port of Bremen and 30 km to Bremen airport, the location is also characterised by particularly good transport connections.
Completion is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2020.
