Panattoni is developing a site extension for logistics service provider B+S GmbH Logistik und Dienstleistungen in Borgholzhausen in North Rhine-Westphalia. Due to its close connections to the A 33 and B 476 routes, the industrial estate is ideally positioned for serving both the Lower Saxon and Westphalian economic spheres. The new premises will offer a total of 28,043 m² of space, divided into three functional units. It will feature a total of 1,057 m² of office space and 3,628 m² of mezzanine space.
