Panattoni is developing an ultra-modern logistics property for Wabtac in the centre of the Ruhr area, Bochum. On a property area of approximately 34.000 sqm will be created approx. 14.391 sqm Warehouse and approx. 5.665 sqm of office and social space. The site is used for the development and production of brakes. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2020.
