Panattoni Park Bodenheim

Construction works on the project were launched in 2011 when Geodis, Europe’s fourth largest logistics services provider, chose to lease a significant portion of the building. The construction is now completed.

The project is located in Bodenheim, approximately 10 kilometres south of Mainz and approximately 25 kilometres from the Frankfurt International Airport. Considered part of the Frankfurt logistics submarket, Bodenheim is situated within the so-called “Golden Triangle” logistics area of Frankfurt, connecting Frankfurt, Mainz and Mannheim.

 
From the project site the user can easily access the A60 motorway within 5 minutes.  The Frankfurt Airport, Europe’s second busiest airport for cargo traffic, can be accessed within a 25 minute drive from the site.  In addition, this location benefits from connections to an extensive motorway network, including: motorway A63 to Kaiserslautern, Saarbrücken and into France; via A60 to Frankfurt and south to Darmstadt, Mannheim; via A66 to Frankfurt and north to Bad Hersfeld and Kassel.

The project comprises 41,500 sqm of conventional class A warehouse space.
