Panattoni develops in the community of Kleinblittersdorf, Saarland, approx. 28.334 sqm of logistics and industrial space. The project development is divided into two constructions phases. The automotive supplier HBPO moves into the first section. The second section with a rentable area of approx. 10.400 sqm is expected to be completed in the 2nd quarter 2020. The modern logistics centre is located near the German-French border. In addition, the location offers ideal transport links to the B51 federal road as well as the A6 and A620 motorways.
