THE BTS FACILITY FOR LEAR CORPORATION CAME INTO BEING THROUGH THE RECONSTRUCTION OF AN EXISTING FACILITY IN LEGNICA, AT THE LEGNICA SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONĘ.
It was a brownfield investment, involving the adaptation of the facility and infrastructure to the needs of a new tenant, as a result of which a modern warehousing and manufacturing centre was built, and now employs 800 people. The investment features a series of Solutions dedicated to Lear’s specialized production process, including a side receiving dock, in-house paint shop and transformer stations.
