The new industrial space at Panattoni Park Wrocław III is our response to the dynamic economic growth of the Lower Silesia region and expansion of the local road infrastructure. Completion of the investment, related to the construction of the Wrocław Motorway Bypass, has contributed to the new strategic location for our distribution centre - which, by being situated right at the motorway junction, ensures prompt access to the city centre of Wrocław, the international airport as well as the A4 motorway.
Panattoni's current Wrocław portfolio comprises three distribution complexes, Panattoni Park Wrocław I and BTS facility for Amazon both located in Bielany Wrocławskie and Panattoni Park Wrocław II in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska offering a total of nearly 244 500 square meters of modern warehouse space. The logistics centres are located in the southern and western part of the Wrocław agglomeration, close to the motorway junction of the A4 and A8.
Panattoni Park Wrocław III is a project of 2 warehouse buildings which will offer in total 86 700 sqm of warehouse space. The distribution center can be flexibly adapted to the customers' specific needs, both in terms of technical specifications and individual spaces to be used for manufacturing, warehousing, offices and staff facilities. The park is located next to the Wrocław bypass A8 and motorway A4. With the excellent location the facility provides a fast connection to the international Nicolaus Copernicus Airport and makes for an easy drive to the Wrocław city centre.
