Panattoni Park Wrocław IV is a project comprising three warehouse buildings located in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska in the direct vicinity of the A4 motorway. The investment boasts a strategically placed location which has been a magnet for Polish and international investors for quite some time.

Panattoni's current portfolio in Wrocław comprises three existing distribution complexes: Panattoni Park Wrocław I, Panattoni Park Wrocław II and Panattoni Park Wrocław III, which together with Panattoni Park Wrocław IV and Panattoni Park Wrocław V will offer nearly 360,000 square metres of modern warehouse space.
