Kaufland is a chain of large-format stores owned by the German Schwarz Group. In Poland it has more than 190 stores, with more than 1,200 altogether in Europe. The extensive experience of Panattoni Development Europe has made it possible to build a project perfectly tailored to the client’s specific needs.
The facility has been divided into a dry goods store and a multi-zone cold store designed for keeping a variety of products such as meat, fresh fruit and vegetables and dairy. The remaining space is taken up by offices and staff rooms arranged over two storeys.
The logistics centre for Kaufland is being developed in Bydgoszcz at ul. Ernsta Petersena, right next to the developer’s other existing facilities.
