The BTS facility featuring approx. 6,000 sqm was delivered in the BTO (built-to-own) formula in Opole, at the Wałbrzyska Special Economic Zone. The production hall of approx. 4,000 sqm to deliver silicate boards was tailored to the specific needs of the industry and the production line – with such adaptations as special foundations under heavy equipment.
Additionally, the facility operates an energy recovery system, to recover thermal energy, which is then used to heat the interiors. Office and staff facilities takes up 350 sqm and, like the rest of the facility, is lit by LED lighting.
The choice of Opole was dictated by the ample supply of raw materials in the region, the dynamically growing market, as well as the academic potential and easy access to university graduates, particularly from the Opole University of Technology.
