PANATTONI EUROPE, LEADING DEVELOPER OF INDUSTRIAL SPACE, HAS COMPLETED THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WAREHOUSE FACILITY FOR TRANSGOURMET.

A new build-to-suit (BTS) project has emerged, commissioned by TransGourmet (Selgros) – a cash & carry chain offering comprehensive supplies for professional customers, e.g. restaurants, caterers, hotels and retailers. The facility developed in Ożarów totals 10,200 sqm of space. In line with the business concept pursued by TransGourmet, 9,000 sqm has been earmarked for warehouse space, including a 1,500-square-metre freezer warehouse and 800-square-metre cold storage, while office space takes up 1,200 sqm. The facility for TransGourmet enjoys one of the best locations in Poland. The centre can boast the proximity to Warsaw and major transport routes – it is right next to the national road 92, linking Rzepin with Poznań and Warsaw, and also not far from the European route E30.
